1.6 Sep 8, 2010 George Krull 1.6 Krull was rude to me as a parent effectively blaming me for my child's tooth problem. His staff does not let parents accompany child to exam area. I found out why: my daughter said they were mean to her and told her to shut up when she cried in pain.

Experienced problems with the billing department repeatedly after bringing in proof of coverage and asking that they correct the issue. The provide estimates that do not correlate with the actual procedures. Scheduling has always been a problem and they will bill you if they reschedule an appointment and fail to remove it from their schedule book. All of the extra charges add up and you are better to patronize another reliable office
