1.6 May 26, 2010 Gina Pham 1.6 Billing staff was rude and unknowledgeable. I was given 4 seperate estimates for the same services because the billing staff had no idea how to bill with an insurance that they work with frequently. I had to call the insurance company and have them call the billing staff to finally get a correct estimate for services.
