May 28, 2010	Farhan	Qureshi	5.0	I have been a patient of the dental office of Dr. Zimmet/ Qureshi for the past thirty (30) years. They have both been great dentists and Joan is a very efficient and caring dental Hygienist. Dr Qureshi did a good job with my Implants and I am very pleased with the results. They also do oral sedation which is an added plus. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They are the best.

But his assistant took it upon herself not to bring my husband back to our room, and in doing so made it so that I could not communicate anything I wanted to to the Dr. I was very upset with her because I was not able to ask the questions I wanted. I will return, however, because they say, "we cater to cowards." Thought what she did was not helpful to me at all. Also, I am in a bind right now needing a broken tooth fixed and because I don't get paid for a week and my insurance won't cover the major procedure yet, they will not see me. All of the dentists in the Lubbock area are that way, and I am outraged by that.

I used to be afraid of dentists, but after having a couple of things (one minor, one wisdom tooth extraction which I count as major) done there, I've gotten over my fear.He is gentle, friendly, caring and a great listener. The office is always spotless, has all sorts of high tech gear and gadgetry and doesn't smell as dentist-y as most dental offices I've visited. I can't recommend this dentist highly enough. Seriously, if you need a dentist, go there Dr. Vincent Dolce is great!
Apr 11, 2010	Anne	Nicholas	1.0	SHE SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT SHE WOULD PROVIDE A COMPLIMENTARY ORAL EXAMINATION AND ONE HOUR CONSULTATION. A DIFFERENT DENTIST WHO LOOKED LIKE A CONVICTED FELON LOOKED IN MY MOUTH, SUGGESTED X-RAYS, BUT THE X-RAY MACHINE WAS BROKEN. THE TECHNICIAN TOOK 4 SHOTS OF THE SAME TOOTH. THE OPERATOR KEPT GIGGLING AND WAS AFRAID TO ASK FOR HELP. A 5 MINUTE LOOK SEE BY THE DENTIST WITH NO X-RAYS AND THEY CHARGED ME $135!! FOR WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A COMPLIMENTARY ONE HOUR CONSULTATION. OFFICE GAVE ME THE CREEPS. SHE'S BATE AND SWITCH AND HER OFFICE LOOKS LIKE A HOUSE OF PROSTITUTION. STAY AWAY!!

Mar 27, 2010	Mia	Schinzer	1.0	Dr. Mia Toy was my dentist there. I've had 2 exams/cleanings and one filling. Both times I had to have two separate apps, one to get the exam and another one to get the cleaning. I don't know why would they schedule me on the day that my doc. is not in? And it take 4 weeks to get an app, at least that's how long it took for me. My first cleaning wasn't good. The hygienist was kind of rough. She just wanted to get it over with. My gums were sore for couple of days and she's a bad flosser too. As for my filling replacement, it wasn't so great. Dr. Toy rushed and didn't recreate the natural tooth structure well. I was left with rough sharp edges of the filling and bloody gums. Even though the filling was nowhere near my gums. My mouth was full of filling grit, but I was not given a anything to rinse with. And to top all that I had to pay full price, because I was told that my insurance doesn't cover fillings!?. Surely, after calling insurance I was reimbursed. It feels like Mia Toy has lost her passion for dentistry. As for the front desk, both big girls hate their job and you can tell it.

My Dr. Dolce has literally changed my life.
